Apropriately named by our friend Iurgi@HK Outdoor Adventures, The Badlands! Let's take a walk on the West side. Tuen Mun, or Castle Peak, is one of the earliest settled coastal towns in Hong Kong. Surrounded by hillsides with Castle Peak towering above, this desert-like wonderland with its rugged and arid features is an explorer's dream. We will approach from the north via stream and work our way up the hills to reveal incredible rock formations and views of West Hong Kong and China Beyond. From here, we will summit Castle Peak before our descent into Tuen Mun via the Ching Shan Monastery.
