海岸越野運動的目標是結合抱石、爬行、游泳和懸崖跳躍，沿著海岸航行，並盡可能靠近水線。香港崎嶇多變的海岸線提供了從西貢聯合國教科文組織地質公園到香港島南側的絕佳海岸探險機會。級別範圍從初級到非常高級。
